Auto-swap best face onto best body in portrait photos to save users from retaking shots.

Strengths
- Solves a real friction point for portrait photographers and selfie takers.
- Face detection and inpainting APIs are mature and accessible.
- Could launch as a simple web tool with low overhead.
- Addresses a specific workflow gap that general editors don't optimize for.
Risks
- Market is tiny. Most users retake the shot or live with the result. Frequency of use is very low.
- Willingness to pay is unclear. Users expect this as a free feature, not a paid product.
- Face-swapping carries legal and ethical baggage. Deepfake concerns may limit distribution and partnerships.
- Larger players (Google, Adobe, Apple) can add this as a feature in weeks. No defensible moat.
- Retention and engagement are weak. Users solve the problem once and leave.
- Monetization is hard. Subscription doesn't fit occasional use. One-time purchase has low LTV.

The problem is real for portrait photographers but narrow; existing solutions partially address it; unclear if users will pay for this specific feature; face-swapping tech exists but quality and liability create friction.
Value Equation
Dream outcome and how likely it feels, against the time and effort it costs.
The market is small (casual photographers, not professionals who use proper lighting), the value per customer is low (one-time or occasional use), and retention is weak since the problem only occurs when shooting conditions fail.
One-Person Business
Curiosity pull, identity fit, and a path from free value to paid for a solo creator.
The idea solves a real but infrequent problem; most users already accept one bad shot or retake; the emotional stakes are low enough that free phone filters or manual cropping feel sufficient.
Viral Frameworks
Hook strength, shareability, and how cheaply it can be tested.
This is a feature, not a business; it could live inside Photoshop, Lightroom, or a phone camera app but lacks defensibility as a standalone product and no clear moat against larger players copying it.
Builder Lens
Evidence the problem exists, timing, defensibility, and a model that fits on a napkin.
The problem is too niche and the solution too incremental; the addressable market is small; there is no clear path to venture scale; and the core technology (face-swapping) carries reputational and legal risk.

µJS, a 5KB alternative to Htmx and Turbo with zero dependencies
I built µJS because I wanted AJAX navigation without the verbosity of HTMX or the overhead of Turbo. It intercepts links and form submissions, fetches pages via AJAX, and swaps fragments of the DOM. Single <script> tag, one call to `mu.init()`. No build step, no dependencies.Key features: patch mode (update multiple fragments in one request), SSE support, DOM morphing via idiomorph, View Transitions, prefetch on hover, polling, and full HTTP verb support on any element. At ~5KB gzipped, it's smaller than HTMX (16KB) and Turbo (25KB), and works with any backend: PHP, Python, Go, Ruby, whatever.Playground: https://mujs.org/playgroundComparison with HTMX and Turbo: https://mujs.org/comparisonAbout the project creation, why and when: https://mujs.org/aboutGitHub: https://github.com/Digicreon/muJSHappy to discuss the project.
