The pain

When AI coding agents make changes across a large codebase, developers can't see why the agent touched file X before file Y, what it was thinking, or where it went wrong. Debugging agent behavior is opaque, you get output but not reasoning.

The gap

Existing tools show agent logs as text or linear traces. No one has built a spatial visualization that maps agent traversal patterns onto actual code structure, making it possible to spot inefficient or erratic agent behavior at a glance.

Build angle

Start with Claude/GPT session replay for a single codebase. Record every file access, function call, and decision point. Render the codebase as a 3D graph (files as nodes, dependencies as edges). Animate the agent's path through it. Focus on making it obvious when an agent backtracks, revisits code unnecessarily, or misses obvious dependencies.
