Help with building a second brain in Obsidian - for ADHD brain and “IPAD pro only” user.

After giving up on Notion, I am trying to give Obsidian another try. I struggle a lot with ADHD, focus, etc., and I always fall into the same toxic productivity but getting concentration problems and decision fatigue because I can’t seem to figure out the system that will work for me. But the alternative isn’t any better. I am of the type that has 50,000 screenshots that I took to remember things but never gave them a second thought afterward. My email inbox is 60,000 unread emails. I miss appointments. I write handwritten notes on my iPad, but it is a structural mess. I love mindmaps though, so the Excalidraw seems like it could work for me…. One of the reasons I now went back to Obsidiance SHould I use the Para Method, CODE, GTD, Zettelkasten? Folders vs MOCS vs Tags vs Bases? Some say one should just have all notes in one folder and use MOCS, Tags, or Bases to categorise them into the right “folder” without actually being stuck in that folder. Something with decision fatigue, a note should be able to live in different folders at the same time, etc., etc. Calendar? Synced with Todo lists ? Work seamlessly with the Apple ecosystem. Automate with Siri Shortcuts. Connect to Apple Notes, reminders, and calendar. Should I set up Claud Code/Cowork? How should I structure my templates so my notes just do not become a hot mess? That seems to be my main issue. I always struggle with structure decision fatigue.
